Hey, I’m Zach! I’m a Wellness Coach, outdoor enthusiast, fitness fanatic, and the founder of Actualized Potential. 

As a lifelong health and wellness advocate, I created Actualized Potential with the vision of helping driven individuals build a solid foundation of health so they can take their performance to the next level in all areas of life.  

I am passionate about working with people who are motivated, and ready to make a positive shift in their lives so that they can live more intentionally. I am here to provide honesty, accountability, and encouragement, and empower you to take your health journey into your own hands so you can create sustainable, long-term change.
